Henry Cavill, a British actor, is best remembered by his portrayal of his character's title in the film 'Man of Steel. After being rejected from The Superman and Batman series, and then losing the James Bond series roles to Christian Bale and Brandon Routh respectively, Cavill has made great strides. Cavill was born in Jersey (UK) and had four siblings, each who had exceptional acting skills. When he was a teenager Cavill was bullied at the school because of his size. When he was offered a part in a film in 2001, the actor began taking charge of his health. He is now renowned for his slim body and gorgeous physique, the actor has even done numerous scenes wearing no clothes in some films he has been featured in. His debut as an actor was followed by a string of movies such as Hellraiser' (Red Riding Hood) along with 'Blood" as well as Stardust. However, it was his role on The Tudors as the dashing Duke that helped him become quickly a household name. He was later seen in many movies, including "The Tudors", "The Man From U.N.C.L.E" and "The Man Of Steel".
